Practitioners of Ninjitsu (Ninja) make use of traditional Japanese weaponry such as the sword and nunchaku, however, it is more famous for its unique tactical weaponry such as throwing stars, blow guns, and weighted chains. Also, Ninja are masters of disguise and deception; an element not found in most other martial arts. Among peers whose intend is to openly direct powerful force to meet an objective, the Ninja meet there objective through more subtle means. Ninja are also well versed in empty hand combat and practice hand strikes, kicks, evasion, and even grappling. Return to Martial Arts Styles Mainpage. |
